Terms of Service

1. Subject of the Agreement

These terms govern access to and use of the Klibio service, a SaaS platform for managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes. By registering, the customer accepts these terms in full.

2. GDPR Roles

Klibio acts as a data processor (Art. 4.8 GDPR), not as a controller. The customer (tenant) is the data controller for their employees' data. The customer warrants they have sufficient legal basis to process their employees' data in Klibio.

3. Trial and Subscription

• Upon registration, customers receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Growth plan.
• When the trial expires without activating a plan, access is suspended. Data is retained for 90 days.
• Plans are billed monthly or annually as chosen.
• Customers may cancel at any time from the dashboard, with no penalty.

4. Acceptable Use

The customer agrees to:

• Not introduce special category data (Art. 9 GDPR) without explicit agreement with Klibio.
• Not use Klibio for purposes other than legitimate employee management.
• Keep their access credentials confidential.
• Notify Klibio of any unauthorized use of their account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Klibio shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or data loss arising from use of the service. Klibio's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Cancellation and Data Deletion

Upon cancellation, tenant data is retained for 90 days, after which it is completely deleted. Customers may request early deletion by contacting privacy@klibio.eu.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. For disputes, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Spain.
